At the Romanov burial site where the last Tsars of the Russian Empire were murdered- before the Communists took over! There- abit of Russian history for you!!!

Headscarves and skirts required!

Wooden structure built around the site, to mark the graves.

Rowing on the boating lake in Yekaterinburg.

I see no ships!
I did do a bit of Russian history at school (many moons ago Silje), and have found your observations very thought provoking more so because you are there and I just got the gist of it from a drunken history teacher at secondary school coupled with some rather dog-earred text book entries - you look fab by the way my love, Russian peasant could be the next big thing... simply loving the photographs, Kxx
