We and the girls treated Didi and Hinh to a seafood dinner before we left Mui Ne, as thanks for letting us indulge by the pool side of a 5 star hotel and use of the Vespa!
Oops... vintage Vespa's don't have petrol gauge, luckily you're never far from someone selling petrol in Vietnam!

The only time the scooter let us down was while driving back from the beach and the back wheel rim collapsed. We rolled it into the nearest drinks and sweet shop and within 15 minutes the wheel had been changed for the sum of 30,000 dong (£1) and we were back on the road.
